Custom Mailer Box
A box engineered from scratch around your products, with custom dimensions, inserts, and structure. We build the CAD file, our CNC tooling partner cuts the dies, and then your box goes into production.

How a Custom Box Gets Made

Design and CAD
4 to 5 business daysWe take your product dimensions, contents, and brand direction and build the structural CAD file and dieline for your box. This window covers our design work only, so rounds of revisions and feedback add time depending on how quickly approvals come back.

Tooling
7 to 10 business daysOnce you approve the final design, our CNC tooling partner creates the custom cutting tools used to cut and crease your box. These tools are made specifically for your structure.

Production
15 business days, rush about 7With tooling in hand, your boxes are printed, cut, and assembled. Rush production is available on some orders for an added fee.
Timelines start after final approval and do not include shipping transit.
