Certified diverse-owned businesses, we are looking for you

Succinctive is a WBENC certified woman-owned business. A large share of our work is Tier 2 supplier diversity spend on Fortune 100 programs, and our clients track where every dollar goes.

When you hold a certification such as WBENC, NMSDC, VOSB, NGLCC, Disability:IN, HUBZone or 8(a), we route qualifying work to you and report your spend to our clients so you get credit for it.

Not certified yet? Apply anyway and tell us. We can point you to the right certifying body.

    What you get

    Repeat programs

Our clients run recurring merch, uniform and kitting programs, not one-off orders.

    Complete purchase orders

Every PO includes final art, approved proofs, quantities by size and color, ship-to addresses and in-hands dates.

    One point of contact

Quotes get a yes or no, and you always know who to call.

    Paid on agreed terms

    Preferred vendor status

Vendors who deliver get first look at new programs and a growing share of our spend.

    Tier 2 reporting

If you are a certified diverse business, we make sure your work gets counted in our clients' supplier diversity reports.

    Our standards

We hold vendors to the same standard our clients hold us to.

    1. 1

      100% accuracy

Accepting a Succinctive PO or payment means delivering work that is 100% accurate to the PO and approved proof. Work that is not 100% accurate is fully refundable and the goods are not returned. See our Terms of Service.

    2. 2

      On time

The in-hands date on the PO is the date. If something slips, tell us before it slips, not after.

    3. 3

      Proofs and pre-production samples

A photo or physical sample before the full run on any new program.

    4. 4

      Product safety

Documented compliance with CPSIA, Prop 65 and FDA rules where they apply, with test reports available on request.

    5. 5

      Responsible manufacturing

A social compliance audit of your facilities or partner factories within the last 12 months, or a signed supplier code of conduct.

    6. 6

      Confidentiality and non-circumvention

No direct contact with our clients, no selling to them, and no use of their names or logos in your marketing.

    7. 7

      Responsive communication

Quotes within one business day, order confirmation within 24 hours, tracking on every shipment.

    8. 8

      Paperwork before the first PO

W-9 and a certificate of insurance showing general and product liability coverage.
